new meetup group

I don't mean to undermine google groups but I created a
makerspace group at meetup.com. The meetup site is oriented toward
bringing together people within a local area. Anyone who is member of
the site will be notified of any meet-up we schedule on that site.
It's like built-in advertising that reaches people who are looking to
get together with others who share their interests.

Please consider joining meetup.com as I think it could be really
helpful in creating a makerspace in Anchorage. I'll be out of town
this coming weekend but I'll try to schedule a meet-up shortly after
that. Probably on a Saturday unless that's a problem. Here's the link
