Youth committee - Debating competition planning meeting

Hi Everyone - We plan to have a meeting on May 12th to start planning the debating competition. I would like to know who is interested in volunteering for this so that I can determine a convenient time and place for this meeting.

Since most of the kids are tied with the fashion show auditions today, we will meet tomorrow (May 14th) from 2-5 at the Suwanee Public Library. We will be discussing the Debating competition and  "The AKKA Apprentice" competition, so anyone interested in helping for these two competitions are welcome to join us.

My daughter, Nidhi has EOCT testing from Monday and finals next week.  She can not come for any meetings till May 24th. After that, I can bring  her to any or all meetings whatever she gets involved with. Hope you understand.

Varsha also has finals next week and as such she can not attend any meeting until school is out.  After that she will get involved wherever she can and attend the meetings.
