Dear Chair / Co-Chairs,
*********************CHAIRS/CO-CHAIRS.. PLEASE PASS THIS INFO ON TO YOUR TEAMS and ENSURE THEY ARE PRESENT*************
We are down to the wire now and you all know that. One item on the event guide is Atlanta Volunteer Appreciation where all volunteers will be honored for their services. Please follow the instructions below so we can proceed in a orderly manner and complete this item on time without missing any volunteers.
1. Atlanta Volunteer Appreciation item starts at 9:00 PM, on Friday
2. This item is after Karnataka Vaibhava.
3. Those volunteers who are participating in the Karnataka Vaibhava please stay close to the stage.
4. A gathering place at back of the stage for volunteers will be announced. Please ensure everyone is at the announced place by 9:00 PM,
5. Volunteers will be called on stage committee by committee.
6. The Committee lineup will be with the Green Room Committee.
7. Green Room committee will be called last.
In short, all volunteers be present at the announced place by 9:00 PM, Friday night, and when your committee name is called please proceed to the stage.
