Hello Volunteers,

 

I know that many of you have offered to help us out with the 2012 AKKA hospitality committee.   Well, we are now in full swing preparing for the swarms of delegates scheduled to arrive in the next 2 to 3 days.  We have a variety of needs such as help desk at the airport, transport between airport and hotels, hotel check in assistance, moving delegates between hotels and GICC.

 

We would very much like to take you up on your offer to volunteer.  Please provide me the time slots you are available.  Thanks.
