Way to handle more than one message in Actor

HI All,
I have a scenario where working on at max 'X' messages together would lead to a cost saving(almost X times). The wait time for the count of messages to become 'X' should also be bounded by a limit as it would affect the response timing for this messages. I am using Dropwizard framework with Actors. Can you let me know how can this be achieve.
