Proposing new Agents for 2.2

Hey hAkkers,

Here's a newly baked, tested and documented proposal for Agents for 2.2 and forward:

In short:

– Unified Scala and Java API (reusing the same Java API as for Futures (Mapper, Foreach etc))

– agent.close() is gone!

– lighter implementation (memory wise)

– faster implementation (less indirection & allocations in hot-path)

– Updated documentation

– Agents are GCed when no longer referenced

The cost:

– Migration

Speak now or forever remain silent :-)
