I have recd a query reg TSP from one parent.

 

This parent takes a loan from outside and pays fees(abt 150,000), and when the TSP money comes, he repays his loan along with interest.

The college now has options for him to pay fees in 2 instalments. So he has asked if he pays half the fees to the college now and half later, will he be able to get TSP for the complete amt as he will have receipt only for the first half.
