Ya Ali Madad,

As per my message, Please find attached the KFA tracker, which we have created to track the KFA & budget closely. Request you all to sit with team and fill the data. For each portfolio/focus group, we have different sheet. Please fill the list of program you are planning to have, at different centers, monthwise, so that we can have measurable goals to achieve.

Please send the sheet back maximum by 3rd Jan. Do call me/ Shabana for any clarification needed.

Also share the names of new people whom you would like to enroll in your team for the next quarter. Sooner we finish this exercise sooner we can start work on the targets.

Do not forget, we have to cover up the last year's under achieved targets as well :)
