The second formal meeting for Regional Board for Southern India is to be held on 2nd June 2013 from 11:00am onwards at Meeting Hall. 

Please report by 10:45am to enable us to start the meeting on time. 

Please ensure the following before the meeting:

• LEB chairmen and REB members to send us the reporting of the programmes conducted in the ppt format sent to you earlier along with the list of participants. 
  
• REB members and LEB chairmen to present the programmes planned in the next quarter and the challenges faced.
  
• LEB chairmen to present the centre wise quarter wise break up of the KFAs.

Outstation chairmen to ensure that the Hon.Secretaries attend the meeting along with you.
