Hope you are doing well. We have kept our regional board meeting over the conference call this time. The purpose of not having physical meeting is because of timings of all the member were not getting matched & we wanted all the member to attend the meeting so decided this approach for full attendance.

 

To respect everybody's time, we thought of discussing only key points in the meeting & all regional board members would lead the discussion pertaining to their portfolio with Chairmen/Hon-sec from all the boards.

 

Following are the discussion points, incharges & time allocated. The sequence of portfolio may vary during the call so availability in complete call is mandatory. I am also attaching the guidance which I have shared during our Joint Focus Group Meeting for Hyderabad & Conference call for other boards for your reference.
