As discussed in last Friday's meeting, we are splitting our Regional/Local & Committee teams in 6 Focus groups. Below are the details of members placed in each of the group. I am also sending you the presentation which has targets to be achieved in next 4 months starting from today.
 
Immediate action Item for the focus group in-charges are:
1. Call a meeting with associated team within a week
2. Share the targets & Prepare a plan to achieve the targets
3. Finalize the day & time when whole team meet every week.
4. Share the plan with us by 10th Sept
5. We will have 1:1 focus group meeting & Joint focus group meetings post 15th Sept.
