Dear Team,

Please find attached the agenda for the REB meeting to be held on 11th August 2013 at 10:30am in the meeting hall at Hyderabad JK. Also, find attached the updated reporting format to be flled in and sent by 9th August 2013.

Please also come prepared with a suitable strategy for meeting KFAs in various areas, focussing on ECD, English language(10-25yrs), IT, STS, dropouts, school shifting and careers.

Request all the chairmen to fill the format of reporting sent by Shabana Baima. Request all the REB members to follow the attached format. You have to only update the slides belonging to your name. Please make sure that you send back all the reporting latest by Friday to avoid more time in reporting during the meeting.
