Karateka, Happy Next Year!

To all who are in town this week, we will have the following practice:

Thursday 7-8:30 Garden Court
Saturday No Practice (but I would be down for a run or hike if others wanted to get some of the Christmas flab burnt off before course next week)

Next week:
Tuesday 7-8:30 West Ballroom
Thuraday 7-8:30 ???
Friday Idaho Course
Saturday Idaho Course

We will hit it hard on Tuesday so that we are better in shape for course, Thursday we will focus on movement and flexibility.  Lets start this year off right!

As for rides to course, Gina is driving up and may have a seat or two left.  I am also headed up and have at least 2 more seats available.  Please let me know if you want to come so we can get you in a vehicle.
