ASA AK Chapter annual workshop and meeting, 19-20 June

Hello all,

 

The details of the 2024 ASA Alaska Chapter workshop have been finalized! On June 19^th and 20^th, we will have a workshop on Bayesian capture-recapture inference with hidden Markov models in R and Nimble led by Sarah Cubaynes (in person) and Olivier Gimenez (online). The workshop will be held on campus at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Use the link below to find additional details and register. Hello all,

 

Thanks to everyone that reached out! I’ve learned that I overlooked a federal holiday (Juneteenth- June 19^th) when working out the dates for the 2024 ASA AK Chapter workshop. I am in the process of seeing if a shift to June 20^th – 21^st is possible. I will send another update when I have more information.
