“…we are informally looking for potential job candidates that would be interested in a half-time opportunity working as a statistician/data analyst with us at the Arctic Investigations Program with CDC here in Anchorage, Alaska. The position would be 20 hours a week and would not be remote (would be a mix of in person at our office and telecommuting from home location). We are attempting to identify if there are any interested candidates before proceeding down the path of posting a position on USAJOBS. The position would likely require at a minimum a BS with 24 hours of statistics/mathematics (with potential combination with other physical sciences as well) as at least one year of professional experience working with data (statistical analyses and data management). Having worked in public health would be helpful but not a requirement. “
