Request for Consideration Regarding Submission Deadline

Dear Organizing Committee,

I would like to kindly ask for your consideration regarding our paper submission.

The official website listed August 15 as the deadline for both scores and papers, but did not specify a time or time zone. However, OpenReview showed the paper submission deadline as August 16 at 6:59 PM in our local time.

We submitted the scores within the August 15 deadline and submitted the paper before the deadline displayed on OpenReview. Given this discrepancy, we would be very grateful if you could consider our paper submission as valid.
