Preferences for exam date

I wonder if you can assign me a slot on the first date of the exam (11th of July) because I have a flight on the 12th of July.

Dear Eyad,

I regret that we do not make individual arrangements other than for other exams or medical reasons. In the present case the random assignment has worked as desired, but in general, should others have similar problems, I suggest you try swapping among each other.
