regarding registration

Hello Akankhaites,

Just found out from the Akankha website (akankhanewtown.com) that the registration process will commence from October 2013. The webpage also mentions that "The registration will take place on the purchase price if the the registration process gets completed within one year from the date of completion of the project" 

I am assuming that the date being mentioned is the completion certificate issuance date. In that case, could you please let us know what the date is?
