Attn: Cable Subgroup

I was just wondering--who else is working in the cable subgroup? I
think it would be helpful to have some kind of inter-group
communication to share the progress within the group and discuss what
still needs to be researched.

Right, your the one that has been going out to Avenal to fly and is
working on the guillotine, right? I just put up that post because I'm
afraid we may only be a sub-group of 2. I've had a killer week so
haven't made much progress towards the winch and wanted to know what
others have done, but I guess your the only "other".

I'm technically part of the cable sub-group as well. Unfortunately I haven't been able to devote much time the project and I doubt that will change this close to finals, but you can count on me next quarter. In the mean time if you have any specific requests of me, let me know and I'll see what I can do.
