Documents discussed at the last general meeting

In the last meeting we discussed a few different documents. All I see
posted on the google group is the proposal written by Bill Daniels. I
don't see the german document outlining the design requirements or the
other document with the CAD images for a proposed winch design. Can
someone help me find them?
