One of the important things that I’ve learned from my Malaysian Universities tour is that they try to maintain a very engaging relationships with the Industry, where most of the fresh grads will eventually start their career life. They arrange frequent industry talks, invite industry people in the campus, involve them in the curriculum design process. I think its the same for all developed and developing countries.
So I thought It might be a good idea if I can introduce my students with someone working in the industry on our weekend programming contest, and interact with them
for few mins so that they might also acquire an understanding of industry requirements, and culture.
Good news is that one of my familiar faces has accepted my invitation for tomorrows event.
We want to let him see how much our grads are interested to know about the industry.
Highly encouraging to participate in the talk.
