Hello everyone,

We're in the second half of July now... Hope everyone is loving this sunlight we're getting now. All 18 hours a day or whatever. Haha. I just wanted to remind everyone about our picnic coming up this weekend. I'll also post a list of what we had so far for our last update, since we weren't able to check with a lot of people at our meeting. Please let me know if you can make it or not, so we can have a ballpark of how many people we can expect.

• Hamburgers and hot dogs, & buns  - J

• Burger and dog fixings (lettuce, tomatoes) - J

• Cake - J

• Ribs, kabobs, or other meat - Katie

• Drinks (water, juice, soda) - Adam

• Fruit side dishes (watermelon, strawberries, etc.) - Mona

• Chips

• Dessert (pie, ice cream, etc.)

• Salad/casserole

• Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo, BBQ sauce, etc.)

• Take home containers - J

Or if there's something else entirely different you would like to, let us know so we can add it to the list. 😄 

We should already have enough cups, utensils, plates & napkins. I will also provide take home containers.

We have cups and plates and napkins so we can supply those. Also sparkling water and some soda.

I will also do some salad too.
