I’m waiting for an answer from DEED, does anyone have experience with Batch Processing in ASIS?

I’ve never done it, and am looking for more information

What are the required fields for the upload file? I see in the Help notes information about how duplicates are resolved, but I didn’t see what was required in the upload file.

Hey Robin,

Yes, I have done this before.

This is my list for the column headers as well as a formatting note re: DOB's.

  • ASIS ID

  • Districtid

  • FirstName

  • MiddleName

  • LastName

  • Suffix

  • DOB

  • Gender

  • SchoolID

  • Aliases

  • OtherLastName

  • MotherLastName

  • BirthPlace

  • StudentDistrictid

  • Rework DOB column to the 9 digit equivalent with leading zeros and no - or /

    • I.e., 5/5/20 becomes ‘05052020

  • Save as CSV file

When I create my uploads I generally just have the Districtic, Name fields, DOB, Gender, Schoolid, and StudentDistrictid fields filled out.

I hope this is helpful. Please let me know if you have any other questions about this process.

Thank you, Maraiya!

I also heard back from Brendan Verbrugge that he was looking into this. I think that DEED should provide some published documents about this, since it belongs to them. If/when I hear back from him, I’ll share that as well.
