Fall Oasis District Foundation Summary Calculation

I'd love to be able to run my Oasis report against the calculations so I can give my superintendent more accurate numbers as I'm finalizing data.
They get really excited when they see more lines than they expect on the Fall Oasis sheet, and it's hard to explain that Line Count =/= Student Count when I can't explain why they don't equate.
I'd appreciate any help you can provide.

That would be a challenge! To reproduce the formulas that DEED uses to calculate the foundation summary. But I don’t think you have to, you can run the District Foundation Summary before you submit your report. I did that yesterday to see what our foundation summary would look like before I submit it.
I like to get my report in SRM and error-free, then I let it marinade a day before I submit it, just in case someone tells me we have a student enrolled who hasn’t been to school all year.

Would anyone have or know where to find the documentation that explains how the District Foundation Summary report calculates its numbers? I'm guessing it runs some calculations based on FTE, Membership, and some state law math, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.
