Getting strange links in historical grades

When our secretary pulls Historical course grades for any student in the grades there is a note (not in every but a lot of them) "la carte meals are not included on this report" When you click into the note where you would usually get more info for the grade it is all normal. 

Is anyone else getting this and does anyone know how to fix it?

I’d start by taking a look to see what sort of customizations you’ve got installed that affect that screen. That’s definitely not stock PowerSchool.

Take a look at the PSUG user group. There was a discussion about this a couple of weeks ago.  Don't remember which plugin. It was from maybe powerpack?

Here was the suggested fix from PSUG....

PowerSchool SIS
District Office
System -> Localization -> System Locales
Select English
Submit with no changes
