Indian Education Form (506 Form) - Digital

Hello All,

I have a question for the group. 

Is there anyone out there collecting the 506 form digitally? We would like to see what is required to make that happen. From my investigation it does not seem straight forward. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

We have to have the scanned signed version - families can upload through PS Enrollment.  The government wouldn't accept anything else right now.  However, we have a very low return rate since our families have to download, print, scan and upload.  Not all of our families have access to the right technology.  As such, we have to chase families around and get the signed form.  The good news is we now can upload it into PowerSchool and we don't ever need a new one again.
