Blank Carl Perkins Report

I'm trying to run a last minute Carl Perkins report for my district to turn everything in before the deadline, but the report is spitting out nothing except headers. 

I've tried:
Dates from this year
Dates from last year

File validation on and off

Running the report at the district and at the school 

My test server is currently loaded with last year's data, and I thought that would be my saving grace, but the report appears to hang indefinitely.

Is anyone else experiencing this behaviour?

PS Version:  24.7.0.0.242061459

State Reporting Version: USA-AK 24.9.2.0.3.0
Self Hosted.

As a last ditch effort, has anyone ever built an SQL report to pull this data manually?

When was the last time you were able to run the Carl Perkins report and get data?

 

I ran Carl Perkins for GCSD in July after they had done EOY, and it worked. I don’t think you should have to get too tricky and run it on a test server with pre-EOY data.

 

For those unfamiliar with Carl Perkins, it is a relatively simple report primarily based on stored grades.

 

Courses do need to be designated as ‘vocational’ for the report to function.

 

 

The report produces two files you can copy/paste into the template from DEED.

Thanks for the response, Robin.
My last successful run of the Perkins Report was June of 2023. 

I'll be submitting a support case today and in the meantime, I've cobbled together some code to mimic the template and create a list of students for submission.
I didn't know about the Vocational Class box tying to this report. I'll definitely be double checking those!
