Summer OASIS error help

I'm working through Summer Oasis for the first time and have come across a few things that I can't figure out how to fix in PS to get the right data for submission.  

1.  I'm getting this error from SRMtest: "R74759 - EnrolledLastDay does not match school calendar - A student is reported as EnrolledLastDay = Y but ExitDate does not match the last day of school on the school calendar

All of my 12th graders exit date is listed as their graduation date (5/17/25), but on their enrollment history page their exit date is listed as 5/21/25. Is there another place where exit date would be pulled from powerschool that is not from the enrollment history page that I need to correct? Or is their exit date graduation date and should enrolled on the last day of school be switched to N, instead of Y?

Under compliance - school - actual graduation date is listed as 5/17/25.  

Also - can I submit more than one question/topic per email? i.e. I have a couple summer oasis errors that I need some help with.  

I thought I had come across some rules/guidelines for this group, but cannot find them now.

I know DEED is having difficulty with their calendar website at the moment. Someone in your district should have received notice from John Jones at DEED regarding a workaround for Summer Oasis.

1) John Jones from EED recently sent an email out to gather update information about school calendars since the Department’s calendaring system is… having issues.

2) I just discovered that the Summer OASIS report would pull from the actual graduation date if it is listed. You should probably clear that out until reporting is done and I’m going to bring it up to the group that advises PS on state reporting to see if that is still needed.

2.  Good to know - Do transcripts pull graduation dates from the actual graduation date listed in PS as well, or from somewhere else?  If I clear that date out, is it going to mess up any transcripts that I pull for this year's seniors (which we have been pulling frequently this week)?

1)Try checking the AK Data Validation plugin for any Enrollment errors related to start/end dates.

2) Everyone’s transcripts are different - there is not really a built-in transcript that people use. You can check the transcript code to figure out what it is pulling (or email me off list and I can look for you.)
