Clever/HMH/NWEA Rostering

If anyone else is trying to navigate the waters on this new NWEA rostering method and running into roadblocks, it appears that HMH has been down for a few days and they're still working out kinks. Support didn't take long to get back to me and shared the following:

"Chad,
 

While the rostering setup was designed to support both Ed and NWEA, the integration with NWEA is currently not functioning as intended. As a result, you'll need to roster into NWEA separately for now.

At this time, reverting to the previous Clever rostering method for NWEA (via the separate NWEA MAP Growth app) is not immediately available. HMH is working on backend updates that must be completed before that option can be re-enabled.

Our team is actively working on a process to help districts transition back to Clever-based rostering for NWEA, and we’ll keep you updated as soon as a clear path forward is established.
