I am looking for a way other than the Enhanced Parent Portal offered by Power Data Solutions to give students/parents access to view the Graduation Plan Progress.
Does anyone have a solution they use to give students/parents access to graduation plan progress?

There is a built-in page /guardian/PlanProgress.html.

Are you not using the graduation planner at your district?

We do use the Graduation Planner.
I can get to that url if I type it in, but I don’t see a way to navigate to it using the menus that I see.
Maybe I still have some customizations in my portal that are hiding the link to get there?
What menu option do you use to get to the Graduation Planner?

Mine looks the same as yours…it would be great to be able to see Graduation Progress though.
Might be able to put the URL In the School Bulletin Link etc…
When you find a workaround I’m interested J

There is a built-in page /guardian/PlanProgress.html.
<image003.png>
We apparently added a link to the left menu (via the guardian_header wildcards). However, there appears to be a link to /guardian/plangprogress.html in both the /guardian/requests.html page and the /guardian/termgrades.html files.
We don’t use the stock termgrades page so I’m guessing that’s when we moved the link to the left nav.
One more little tidbit. The link on the termgrades.html page is wrapped in an if block ~[if.prefyearschool.ap_showAPLink=1] which would only show the link if the preference is set. The screen to manage that preference is on the following admin school setup page:
School > General > Graduation Planner Setup
https://ps.kpbsd.k12.ak.us/admin/schoolsetup/apsettings.html
David
Just to tie it all together…
If you modify the School > General > Graduation Planner Setup screen and check the “Allow students/parents to see Graduation Plan Progress” checkbox.

… Then the /guardian/termgrades.html page will display a “View Graduation Progress” button at the top right.

Having said that however… The preference is school and year specific. Setting that preference this year for each of your high schools will only set that preference for the remainder of the selected school year. If you want to make it easier for parents to view the planner forever, I would go with a page fragment as Kyle has suggested.
The trick to adding navigation links to the guardian side of things is in the icon and the fact that you need to modify both header wildcards (yui and non-yui versions). If Kyle is graciously offering assistance, I would take him up on it.
D’oh
That was too simple, it just needed to be turned on at each school. For a split second I thought it might be a setting, but then I convinced myself that it was something that only EPP could do.
David to the rescue!
