Fall Oasis

Hello all, I am the super new Admin assistant over here in Yakutat. 

I am still learning about all these reports and their due dates.

The Fall Oasis report, I figured out how to generate one from PowerSchool but I am having a hard time getting the report for my LEAD (HOMESCHOOL) students. Does anyone have some info to share with me on how to pull the report from Brightways?

If you’re missing the Exports section, you’ll probably need to contact their support and ask that give you access to that section.

Hi Reanna,

There should be a couple built-in exports for the yearly OASIS reports in Brightways. It's a completely separate app from PowerSchool though, so if you don't have access to it you'll need to have your team set you up in there.

Thank you so much. Its been difficult getting myself set up here. The person whom I took over for, only had a couple months to train me during summer. So I am a self starter and I am feeling so overwhelmed here!

Reports are submitted through the State Reporting Manager. There are some details about that in the Fall OASIS handbook. Are you aware of the webinar next Wednesday?

I am not aware of the webinar.  Can you share any info?  We just hired a new records person, and it would be beneficial even if our previous person is doing this year's Oasis.
