State Test Accommodations - Important Reminder

Good Morning,

I've updated the State Test Accommodations plugin and it is up on the AKPSUG website ( https://www.akpsug.org/state-reporting/state-testing ). You don't have to update to the new version if you already have the plugin from last year but I've added an accommodation page to the teacher portal. Teachers will be able to see any of their current students and their accommodations for the AK Star and AK Science tests. 

If you are planning to use the plugin to generate roster files for the AK STAR assessment you will need to create a new test code for this administration. To Create a new test code navigate to District -> Alaska State Test Settings.

On the AKSTAR Test Administration Codes page, add a code for the current school year by selecting Add Code.

 

The code for this year is : AKS0323R00

Once that is done and your accommodations are in you will be ready to pull your roster files.

Hi everyone,

Today Paul updated the plugin to address a couple issues that have been found with DRC and the Active Duty Military filed.

• Removed leading 0 from disability code for Science Assessment import (DRC).

• Convert “U’ - Armed Forces, but not on Active Duty to a “N” in both imports.

An updated plugin can be found on the AK PSUG website, here: https://www.akpsug.org/state-reporting/state-testing (look for the one timestamped for 8:56am today - 23.03.28).

They actually just increment it each year.
