Sector Times

I can get sector times for all drivers apart from when they pit I miss
sector 3, (I understand why as they cross start finish line) how does
the F1 "Timing UI" work out this value?

What does it plot on the graph then?

It doesn't plot anything for S3 or Lap when a driver pits. The next
point plotted for S3 and Lap will be that of the next completed lap.
