Ramit Manohar Kaul
Vice President - Testing, MoolyaWith overall 18 years of experience, 12 in software testing, development, management, consulting and training, Ramit belongs to group of respectable innovators in the area of processes consulting & exploratory testing. He has been involved in CTFL and MBT (Model based Testing) content & syllabus reviews for ISTQB. He is also one of the contributors for MBT syllabus (ISTQB) released in 2015. He is a frequent speaker in technology conferences and recently won 1st runner up award for his technical paper at GTR conference held in Pune.
Ramit is currently working as Vice-President Testing at Moolya Software Testing Pvt Ltd. In past he has worked with Efkon India as Head-Quality. Ramit has so far trained more than 2000+ testers in India and other countries.

In the era where product delivery time to customer is shrinking, customer demands on quality are increasing; maintain a balance between speed, cost and quality has been challenging. At Manhattan we have implemented some good practices which have helped us bridge the gap to an optimized level. The evening talk would be a platform to share some of our experiences and perspectives.

He has managed a number of multi-million dollar supply chain transformation programs in US, Europe and Asia Pacific across multiple industries – retail, wholesale, consumer products, third-party logistics and pharmaceutical. He possesses a unique blend of business process, technology and program management skills. Currently, he is leading Quality Engineering in R&D for Distribution Management & Transportation Management suite of products. Also responsible for driving Quality Standards across organization through various process initiatives.
Joyabrata Burman
Director, R&D, Quality Engineering, Manhattan Associates Inc.Joy has been in the industry for last 19 years, catering to Quality Engineering projects across multiple domains for Services and Product Engineering organizations. At Manhattan Associates he has built the Quality function for OMNI Channel suite of Products. He is currently focused in the design and development of ‘Production Assurance’ unit for Manhattan’s OMNI Channel solutions. The unit is designed to be the first customer of R&D deliverables and build the right level of assurance for our customers in the field of Performance, Monitoring, Usability and Dev Ops.
