REVISED OFFER LETTER & 3rd DEMAND

Hi Fellow Members,

Since the introduction of Service Tax and after receiving 3rd Demand,
there have been some confusions going on.
Some of us have received the revised offer sheets with service tax
included while others haven't.
Some have received 3rd demand as per new rates while others have
received as per old ones.
This thread aims at determining what kind of different demands/offer
sheets have been sent so as to take it up with Ajnara as to why
everyone is not being treated same.
I request you to kindly reply (YES/NO) to the thread with the
following questions:-

1. New Offer Sheet Received - YES/NO
2. 3rd Demand As per Revised Rate (Service Tax Included?) - YES/NO
3. 3rd Demand As per Old Rate (Service Tax Excluded?) - YES/NO
4. Phase in which booking done - 1st/2nd
5. Bank disbursed 3rd demand With/Without Service Tax - WITH/WITHOUT
6. Any other comments
