Ajnara Grand Heritaze sector 74--Query by end user

Guys,

I have booked a flat in sector 74 with Ajnara and deposited 10 %
amount now builder is asking for 30 % amount but in the allotment
letter havnt mentioned the other facilities like pool,club etc....its
only there in the booking form....when asked they said its a format we
follow for all ajnara projects.........

Please share yr views guide me before i pay 30 %...hws yrs exp with
the builder so far...bcoz daffodil launched before grand hertize..plz
help me out with Ajnara managment and builder feedback which i need.

Hi,

Welcome to the Forum!!!
There has been a mixed emotion experience with the builder but none so
negative which would prompt us to stay away from builder.
The only major concern was delay in start of construction activity
which could have been attributed to N number of things including CWG,
Rains etc.
Moreover, the forum has members who have all booked the flats in
Daffodil so there is less of negativity that you will hear.
Members feel free to add in case you have some negative experiences to
make wiser decision for new user planning to invest their Hard Earned
money.

Thanks Amit for the updates and opening up of a new thread whereby we may share our experiences. This is my first venture in Delhi and I have done the entire transaction from a remote location. Till date I haven't faced any major issues, the company has been flexible in regards of payments etc. I am sure the service  in regards of construction status reports etc could have been better . I heard that logix has put up a live camera at site which maybe accessed via internet etc. Ajnara maybe lacking the gimmicks but things seem to be on track as of date.

I am also quite interested to know positives as well as negatives
before invetsing in Ajanara Daffodil - sector-137.

In particular,

1) Effect of Irrigation Drain
2) Number of floors expected in each tower, since many builders are
increasing without informing exisiting customers
3) Progress on constuction till date
4) Total number of apartments
5) Total Land size
6) Loading factor

All queries for sector-137 please.
