Rcvd 4th Demand letter, has any body else got it, pls confirm.
Has the bank approved it?

Yes I have also received 4th demand for G-202. No, the bank has not yet approved my demand. In demand letter they only mention the amount needed, in my view they should also specify the stage of construction for which they are asking the demand.

Do you agree?

I think 4th letter means basement should be ready. I dont have my agreement with me now, but I believe it should be there.

Yes, You are right Sanjeev but technically we don't have any written proof about the stage of construction. All flexi and CLP plan customers should be intimated by Ajnara about the construction stage in written which will act as a proof of construction for us.

Hi All,
I just went through the payment plan which I have received from
Ajnara. The installments are associated with following construction
stages:

Installment 1 ----> At the time of booking
Installment 2 ----> Within 60 days of allotment
Installment 3 ----> On Completion of foundation
Installment 4 ----> On casting of basement slab
Installment 5 ----> On casting of 2nd floor slab
Installment 6 ----> On casting of 5th floor slab
Installment 7 ----> On casting of 8nd floor slab
Installment 8 ----> At the time of offer of possession

I think that all the construction stages are related to the specific
tower in which the flat would be. So, in my case (my flt is A002),
when the Foundation of Tower A is completed, then the builder should
ask for the 3rd installment.

@Prashant: I totally agree with your point. I have taken loan from
Axis bank and the bank people are reluctant in making payment for the
3rd installment as they are satisfied with the construction done. In
fact, I myself had been to the construction site on this Sunday. The
foundation in tower A is only partially done. And this is when the
demand letter contained the date for payment as 15th of Jan, 2011.
This also puts us in awkward position as the Ajnara people and the
Bank People do not prefer talking to each other directly and
unwantedly, we have to be the channel for communication.

@Sanjeev: You are right. Completion of Basement Slab means that the
basement is covered from the top i.e. roof of the basement is
completed.

As per flexi plan 4th demand is due on Casting of basement slab.
In case of tower H basement slab is casted. I visited yesteray.

Would like to kno if, any body from tower H has paid it, also any news
that bank has aprroved for those having finance from Bank.
Pls confirm.

Hi,

I got a call today from Ajanara.
They told me that the next stage for my Flat is complete (Basement
Completion) and they want to confirm address for sending next Demand
Letter.
My flat is in Tower B.
Seems to be good progress given the fact that Third Installment was
generated in January '11.
What all towers have received the 4th demand?

Also, as mentioned in a different post, planning to visit this weekend
to cross check the progress.
