Thanks for the appreciation of efforts put in by Nitin, Pawan, Pradeep, Sanjay and myself. Are you planning to come to the meeting?

My opinion is that we will take up will be those issues which are endorsed by those who are going to join the meeting. The purpose is not to discourage any issue over the other because all issues are going to affect us at some stage or other. Rather it is to make people understand the importance of representation.

After 5 months of relentless pursual (which includes going to Ajnara
office thrice and waiting for 2-3 hrs in the lobby just to ensure that
someone from the Ajnara management meets us, as no appointment request
was ever paid heed to) with the Ajnara officials, done by us, they
have finally given us an appointment to meet them on the coming Friday
i.e. 08/06/2012 post lunch. The agenda for this meeting is to RESOLVE
the long pending issues raised by us. A few of these issues are
mentioned below:

1) The extra money which needs to be paid for the increased area of
the balconies
2) Slow progress of construction
3) Non-Responsiveness of the Ajnara management towards our mails/phone
calls/messages for meeting(s)
4) Specifications of materials to be used

The complete list of issues coulde be seen in my mail written in
November containing the minutes of meeting which was attended by us
and Mr. Vinit Sharma.

I will request all those who wish to attend the meeting to call/mail
