Dear Sir

 

Subject: Area change intimation in respect of flat no: E0504 in group housing project AJNARA DAFFODIL situated at Plot no: GH-07B, Sector 137, Expressway, Noida

 

We are in receipt of your letter dated November 4, 2011 intimating that the area of the subject flat has been increased from 1695 sq ft to 1725 sq ft and revised  enclosed. unit plan. We have also be advised to contact Ms Neha or Mr Lalit on the specified mobile numbers should we need any clarification.

 

Since your intimation does not disclose the basis, method, rationale, calculation details and other relevant particulars, Shri Kailash Gupta, one of the co-owner telephoned Mr Lalit at about 2047 hrs on November 9, 2011 who advised for sending a mail.

 

Without prejuidice to position as to the contents, fairness, reasonableness, and legality of the letter of allotment dated June 30, 2010, it is presumed that intimation has been sent as per the LAYOUT & PLANS provision of the said letter. You are accordingly requested to clarify:

 

(1) When the approval of NOIDA and concerned authorities has been received for the plot lay out plan, building plan and the unit plans?

(2) What are the deatails of that approval? You may mail the soft copy or even place on your web site so that I may access the same

(3) Detailed calculation with break down of super area of 1695 sq ft initially included in the allotment as also of 1725 sq ft now sought to be declared

(4) Approval of suoer area as also the method of its computation. Informatively no disclosures are available either in the allotment letter, or in the brochures , or the publications, or on your web site or on the material or information given out by your channel partners.

 

It may please be appreciated that in the absence of material particulars, the intimation in question is no valid intimation at all.
