Do any one have any clue as why the press wale and car washer are coming into our society? Is there any decision to stop them?

If the decision of replacing vechile cleaning staff/press wale is taken by RWA ,it should be circulated by mail/notice board immediately, and if the decision taken by anyone individually it is not acceptible.

Rwa has introduse a new car cleaner who will be available from 2maro. Negotiated rate are as under:-
4wheler- 200/- per mnth/car
2wheeler- 50/- per month/car

Car cleaner wl shortly reach to ur flat for registering ur vhecle no.

But can we know why earlier once are stopped from entering the society ?
Is there any allegation from any resident on them or they were not able to cop up with any RWA members individually ??

I think any such decision should be informed to residents via any mode of communication. (In past, some one individually threatened Maid to stop from entering society for their personal grievances).
If one is not able to share the reason of stopping them, i will continue with them. We are not here to pamper individuals.

Second, i feel we have more serious issues to resolve instead of this. Better we should work on them. (I feel we don't need to repeat them).

Thanks for information.

Some of us might have personal challenges in joining some meetings does not mean we are not part of society or eligible to know updates.

If RWA hesitate in updating society members then let us know. Unfortunately many people like me are not updated on same.
Last but not least, if you can use technology to share RWA decisions, same can be used for information sharing. Its only a matter of willingness.

Here I am in agreement with Mr Sharma and I see no point changing earlier arrangement w/o any complaint received by society members and even if this is for betterment should have proactively informed to residents to comeback with their opinions and suggestions And new registrations should have been initiated prior.

The way this decision has been taken is not in right spirit ...I remember earlier someone has written that now RWA won't help society members as they were not coming in for AGM Meetings.

I have my own challenges for the entire week and thus not able to attend regular meeting ,but this shouldn't mean RWA can force any such decisions on me w/o my acceptance.

We have enough medium to communicate proactively about such changes and why there's a gap this time.

Though this hasn't clarified the below query and don't have any option either to clean my car own till the time registrations happen.

Meeting should always be on prescribed Agenda/ or on take aways with the previous one and minutes of same should be circulated immediately so that if any residents are absent they can go through that and comeback with their inputs.

Here we are mere talking about 150 residents who have elected RWA for their representation and not Modi Sarkar !!

But I am sure Modi would not love to get advise from anyone failed in mentoring RWA of 150 flats. He loves people with proven track record.

With this attitude there is no point of having any meeting. I feel time will find a solution for same. Till then as advised in earlier mail, we shall manage it individually.

Why was a simple mail saying ' RWA is proposing to remove these people if some resident has any objection/suggestion pls Post on mail or talk to rwa ' not circulated?

I m feeling cheated in this matter.

Dear Friends

I would like to provide some information about the matter.  This action is taken after a long discussion with the residents available a lots of resident having attitude problem that person. 

It is not possible to inform  door to door the step taken by 15 to 20 family's consent.  We are living in society so we have to think about entire society.  Personally I also didn't have any problem with earlier car washer but I always with you. 

Once you people are telling we have elected RWA he will decided, when RWA has taken small step along with 20 residents in favour of society. 

We should considered as good step not critsis.

RWA members also have their priorities and having their families after that they are giving their time without any interest. Why we should expect behave  like lotus people.

RWA is you not any other people today you have elected some people tomarow you will be elected.  If any body have any doubt about the working can come forward in favor of society. 

We understand there are some problems or inconvenience to change but it will resolve soon don't panic.

Thanks for the input provided which I was trying to figure out yesterday..But the way this was carried out yesterday was really not acceptable we are talking about Attitude of car cleaner and what about the people those who are relating the entire incidence with PM's office.

Did we asked something out of box for Agenda /and minutes of the meeting doesn't this is a basic responsibility of RWA for each meeting ,how come residents form a Agenda by their own.

If this piece of information should have been circulated well ahead thru a simple mail /notice as highlighted this was a long discussion the situation would have never been there .

Agree that all have families and thus RWA was elected basis voluntary nominations who can come forward and take such responsibility for the benefit of society .

The point is well taken having people to come forward and that's how the issue has been raised and not to criticise any individual but the way this was acknowledged is not in a right spirit and obviously we have many more bigger issues and thus it was suggested to have an agenda prior so that people can join the meeting and contribute.

RWA office need to evaluate why the people not coming or they find any value addition or not and not shrugging shoulders to fight independently and once done should stick to that.

But what prompted to stop the existing system without any alternate solution in place?
Earlier, vegetable vendor was also kicked out which was an added convenience to the residents only.

Why the existing car washer and press wale are barred from the entry. Let's have two systems working.

Whatever was the reason or decision taken by RWA, I agree. Has the issue resolved now? How much now we have to pay the new guy or whomsoever for a car or a bike? 

And if we can know the name of new guy, so that we can be sure to whom we are paying.

Problem still persits , today old guy manoj and new guy both approached us for cloth press and car wash. why old guy allowed in the society if new system in place .New system also doesnt seems effective as we dont know who the new guy .

Iagree with mr chaturvedi. In our case also both persons are approaching us for clothes etc. There is lot of confusion on the issue as to whom we shd give clothes or money for car  cleaning...who wud be responsible if the old guy willnot return the clothes or advance or the likes.  If the old persons are taken off from services they shd not be allowed in the society to ask for services or othrrwise. Plz resolve this.
It is my suggestion that new names for both the services can be circulated to avoid the confusion and old service providers shd ne restricted from entering the society. Plz the concerned should expedite the same to avoid any confusion. Regards
