The ajm.makenote help patch had some stack overflows with newer
versions of Max. I fixed that and released version 0.9.2
(http://compusition.com/ajm-objects/ajm-objects-0.9.2.zip). If you
don't use that object, there' no reason to upgrade.

I am hoping this is the last release in the 0.9 series. I want to
split off ajm.ruby into a separate project before doing anything else.
