All guys ,

Here is the final plan*(hahaha) .

We are getting together on 23rd Morning @ 8 A M near the hotel ( Hotel Heritage ,station rd bijapur - 08352-221006 (contact person Somu or you can call me - 9423009654)) most of the guys are landing on 22nd evening a total of 10 rooms are booked for 22nd as well it would be great if you guys land on 22nd evening.

23 - Break fast -- (outside not decided on the location)

23- breakfast to lunch - will get together in the auditorium  have a good time :)

23- (lunch either @ school or outside - not decided if you have any preference let me know)

23- from lunch till 5 .30 break we will do any thing we want.

@ 5.30 snacks and tea @ school mess (no grabbing) 

post tea a Mass PT display by school students.

Post PT entertainment program in auditorium by school students 

after the entertainment we are heading out of dinner in the city (still searching for the right place)

on 24th morning - Break fast buffet @ school @ 9.30

post break fast we will meet teachers and visit houses .

24th lunch (special lunch) by school principal @ 1.45 

post lunch we will head our way.

this is the current plan

so guys let me know if you need any changes.

Dear Kapse,

Nice program. School is doing so many things:

i) Renting auditorium

ii) PT display by students

iii) Entertainment by students

iv) Special Lunch next day

and may be so many other things too. I feel we should have collected some amount to donate on this occasion during special lunch time. It would have been great gesture from our batch on the right occasion. Shall we and should we?. Or at least we should, collectively, make some sort of resolution on that day to sponsor ONE CHILD per year.
