Thanks for reaching out to us!

Could you please edit the TraceMgr.properties file in your AjaxSwing instance and set the following parameter value there: com.creamtec.core.TraceMgr.level = 10?

When the issue occurs again, please zip all files from the /logs folder and share with me: michael.tomara (at) agileengine.com. Our developers will look into this.
