Bug report / JScrollPane scroll function does not work

Hi, my name is Colby and I am a developer at Sequoyah Precision. I am having an issue with your windows version 4.7.3 on jdk 1.8. JScrollPane scroll function does not work.

Notice that as text is appended past the bottom of the box, it does not scroll down, and you must manually scroll down to see the new text. This is not how the code behaves in pure Java
