Job Title: Oracle C2M Trainer
Location: Onshore – Travel Required to Philadelphia, PA
Work Mode: Remote with Onsite Training Sessions

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M) Trainer to support user training and adoption for an Oracle C2M implementation. The consultant will be responsible for developing and delivering structured training programs for business users and operational teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle C2M implementations and prior experience designing and delivering end-user training programs in utilities environments.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver end-user training programs for Oracle C2M modules and business processes.
Create and refine training materials, user guides, presentations, and training documentation.
Conduct onsite training sessions and workshops in Philadelphia, PA for business users and operational teams.
Provide functional walkthroughs and system demonstrations to support user adoption.
Support train-the-trainer programs for internal client teams.
Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams to align training with operational workflows.
Assist with post-training support, user questions, and adoption challenges.
Provide feedback to the implementation team on training gaps and user readiness.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience working with Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M) solutions.
Proven experience in developing and delivering enterprise system training programs.
Experience training business users in utilities or customer billing environments.
Ability to create structured training content and documentation.
Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
Ability to engage with technical teams and non-technical business users.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on Oracle Utilities implementations (C2M, CC&B, or related products).
Prior experience supporting large-scale enterprise system rollouts or transformations.
Experience delivering onsite classroom training and workshops.

Travel Requirement:
Regular travel to Philadelphia, PA, will be required to conduct onsite training sessions.
