Role: Principal AI Engineer
Location: Remote (U.S. only)
Duration: Long Term

Looking for:
An experienced, hands-on Principal AI Engineer with strong expertise in AI/ML/NLP and prompt engineering to refine and optimize LLM responses. The ideal candidate will design and build cloud-native AI solutions, develop prototypes and POCs, and translate complex business challenges into scalable, secure, data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native AI/ML/NLP solutions and prototypes
Optimize LLM outputs through advanced prompt engineering
Build predictive models and apply ML/statistical techniques to business problems
Collaborate with data, product, and business teams to deliver impactful AI solutions
Ensure security, compliance, and best practices (ATO, DevSecOps, MLOps)
Mentor junior team members and contribute to innovation initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
12+ years in AI/ML, data science, or analytics; strong prompt engineering experience
Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
Python, SQL (R preferred)
Frameworks/tools: PyTorch, Databricks, Terraform, Git/GitLab, Docker
Big Data & Visualization: Hadoop, Tableau, Power BI
Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance (U.S. residency required)
Education:
Master’s degree or higher (or equivalent experience).
