Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Multi-Cloud Infrastructure Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of a large-scale, cloud-native email delivery platform supporting a strategic Wealth Management initiative. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AWS and Azure cloud platforms, cloud-native technologies, infrastructure automation, and enterprise-scale infrastructure architecture. This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring strong automation, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect enterprise-grade multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
- Lead cloud modernization and migration initiatives using cloud-native best practices.
- Design and implement highly available, scalable, and resilient infrastructure supporting mission-critical applications.
- Architect Kubernetes-based platforms using Amazon EKS and Azure AKS.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks using Python and Shell scripting.
- Implement enterprise monitoring, observability, and logging using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor.
- Design secure cloud networking, identity management, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver cloud-native solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and best practices across cloud initiatives.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and operational excellence across enterprise environments.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, or Cloud Architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure in enterprise environments.
- Expertise in Kubernetes (EKS & AKS), Docker, Redis, and cloud-native application architecture.
- Strong experience with:
- Terraform
- CloudFormation
- Ansible
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Strong automation experience using Python and Shell scripting.
- Experience implementing enterprise observability solutions using:
- Prometheus
- Grafana
- OpenTelemetry
- AWS CloudWatch
- Azure Monitor
- Strong understanding of:
- Cloud Security
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Networking
- High Availability
- Disaster Recovery
- Capacity Planning
- Experience architecting and supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure (100,000+ users preferred).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Wealth Management.
- Knowledge of high-volume messaging/email delivery platforms.
- Experience leading cloud transformation, modernization, and enterprise migration initiatives.
- Experience designing hybrid and multi-cloud enterprise solutions.
