Job Description:
15+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, Oracle HRMS, or Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
At least two full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across modules such as Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Absence Management, Benefits, or Payroll-related integrations.
Strong techno-functional expertise with deep understanding of both business process design and technical solution delivery.
Hands-on experience with Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management, Reporting, Security, Approvals, and Integrations
