Hi Folks,

My client is looking for PPQM-Mfg Lead for 6 Month Contract role based in Plano, TX (Hybrid)

Position: PPQM-Mfg Lead

Location:  Plano, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Month Contract 

Responsibilities

The SAP Implementation PP/QM Consultant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Educate local teams on SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) functionality, as well as overall SAP capabilities.

Refine the Plan-to-Manufacture process scope and identify gaps where necessary.

Design and prototype SAP PP/QM solutions to support key functional decision-making.

Conduct system demonstrations to showcase standard SAP functionality, secure stakeholder buy-in, and identify gaps or additional requirements.

Translate local business requirements into SAP configuration requirements and perform system setup to meet customer needs.

Identify necessary Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows (RICEFW), and other development objects to bridge business requirements with SAP functionality.

Create Functional Specification documents and collaborate with technical teams to convert them into Technical Specifications and technical designs.

Identify local security requirements and collaborate with security teams to create appropriate security profiles.

Perform field and value mappings for data conversion activities.

Conduct post-build system demonstrations (configuration and development) to validate localization requirements.

Provide subject matter expertise during testing cycles and resolve issues identified during testing.

Develop training materials and deliver end-user training or train-the-trainer sessions according to project schedules.

Provide SME support during cutover and go-live activities and execute assigned tasks as part of the cutover plan.

Deliver post go-live support and resolve production issues.

 

Required Experience

6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP design, prototyping, configuration/build, and testing activities, specifically within Plan-to-Manufacture processes (SAP PP/QM).

Experience in at least four (4) full lifecycle SAP implementations.
