Job Description:
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to
serve as the senior technical leader and owner of the overall ServiceNow
architecture. In this onsite role, you will work closely with customer
stakeholders and leadership to design, guide, and govern enterprise-scale
ServiceNow implementations, with a strong focus on Discovery, CMDB, ITOM, HAM,
and SAM.
This is a highly visible role requiring deep technical expertise, strong
architectural vision, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the overall ServiceNow solution and architecture owner
Lead and oversee multiple enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
Design end-to-end architecture across Discovery, CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, HAM, and SAM
Create high-level and detailed architecture and design documentation
Engage directly with customer stakeholders and executive leadership
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and governance to offshore delivery
teams
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, scalability, performance, and
data quality standards
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the customer
Required Skills & Experience
15+ years of ServiceNow experience
Deep hands-on expertise with Discovery, CMDB, ITOM, HAM, and SAM
Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
Strong architectural and solution design background
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Extensive experience creating architecture diagrams and technical documentation
ServiceNow Architect-level certifications strongly preferred
